Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Copper Seventh website and purchases from Copper Seventh LLC. By submitting an assessment, booking a session, paying an invoice or proposal, or using a client intake link, you agree to these terms and any written scope that applies to the purchased service.
Automation SWOT
The free assessment is educational and directional. Scores, hours, capacity scenarios, and recommendations depend on information supplied by the user and are not guarantees of savings, revenue, feasibility, legal compliance, security, or business results.
Automation Decision Session
The paid session covers one operational process and includes the working session and written decision memo described at checkout. A booking is confirmed only after verified payment. Unless a written exception applies, one reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Automation Blueprint
The Blueprint is a professional analysis and planning deliverable based on the agreed process, available evidence, and client participation. Additional departments, workflows, systems, security reviews, data remediation, or implementation work are outside scope unless stated in writing.
Implementation proposals
A private proposal controls the scope, price, deposit, schedule assumptions, and acceptance terms for implementation. Paying the deposit accepts that proposal and reserves work. Changes to scope, assumptions, access, dependencies, or deadlines may require a written change order. Deposits and completed work are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, timely access, a process owner, qualified decision-makers, lawful instructions, and required approvals. The client remains responsible for business decisions, legal and regulatory compliance, data rights, production authorization, and review of consequential outputs.
Automation over autonomy
Copper Seventh may decline to automate a process when rules, data, authority, security, economics, or human controls are inadequate. No system is represented as error-free. Third-party tools, APIs, vendors, permissions, and pricing may change outside Copper Seventh’s control.
Confidential information and prohibited submissions
Public forms must not be used to submit credentials, private keys, classified information, protected records, or regulated datasets. Confidential project information is handled according to the applicable written agreement and approved access method.
Intellectual property
Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables, reusable components, third-party software, templates, and background technology are governed by the applicable proposal or agreement. No rights are transferred merely by viewing the website or a proposal.
Payment and disputes
Fees are due as shown at checkout or in the proposal. Chargebacks do not replace the contractual dispute process. Questions should be sent promptly to xxkeylockxx@gmail.com. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the website and free assessment are provided without warranties. Liability limitations, indemnities, governing law, venue, and any project-specific warranties should be stated in the signed engagement agreement. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
